Parcel dispatch

Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent via DHL with tracking and collection without signature. If you prefer delivery via DHL collection with signature required, there will be an additional charge, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each order. The parcel will be sent at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile items.
